HYGEIA welcomes information regarding any concerns, problems, or complaints about patient safety, or the quality of service that a patient received in our care. You are encouraged to speak directly to your physicians, appropriate supervisors, or management staff about your concerns.
If your concerns are not resolved to your satisfaction, or if you would like the help of someone not immediately involved, our Quality Division staff is available via telephone at +30 210 6867078 on Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m or email quality@hygeia.gr.
HYGEIA is accredited by Joint Commission International, an organization that is committed in its mission to continuously monitor and improve the safety provided to the public by health care organizations.
