Corporate Governance is the framework that determines the relations between the Governing Board, Directors, Shareholders and remaining company Participants.

The Principles of Corporate Governance that HYGEIA applies are not only in agreement with Law 3016/2002 and the best international practices, but also the Code of Medical and Scientific Ethics and Deontology.

The Company believes that the proper application of the Principles of Corporate Governance is the key not only to improving the fruitfulness of its property and development, but also to ensuring the trust of investors and the Medical Community.

The Principles that have been adopted determine:
