Submitting comments/suggestions will in no way affect the quality of the healthcare services offered to you during your hospitalization or your next admission.
All written remarks by patients (both inpatients and outpatients), caregivers or visitors are handled with the utmost confidentiality and responsibility. The supervisors and the directors of the various departments and divisions are responsible for immediately handling any issues that fall under their jurisdiction. In the event that it is impossible to resolve a matter immediately, interested patients or visitors are urged to record their remarks or have the competent employees record them on the relevant forms and place them in the specially-marked box.
