HYGEIA: Among the Top Business Leaders. The only hospital to have received the TRUE LEADER Award

HYGEIA has become the only hospital in Greece to have been distinguished as one of the 51 Greek companies/groups – among 27,000 in total – which are considered True Leaders in the 2010 business market.

The TRUE LEADERS annual event was introduced by the ICAP Group with the aim of showcasing and publicly awarding the business leaders that have excelled due to their outstanding performances in profitability, human resources and credit rating. HYGEIA has proven that it is in the frontline, despite the adverse economic conditions. For this reason, it is ranked among the 51 companies/groups that fulfill all four criteria below:

Among the 500 most profitable companies for 2010, based on the figures published in the Business Leaders in Greece and the EBITDA ranking;
Among the 500 companies with the highest number of personnel, based on the figures published in the Leading Employers in Greece 2011. The HYGEIA Group is ranked 9th among the 30 groups of companies with the highest personnel increase over the period 2009-2010;
Among the 10 leading companies in its field, based on turnover;
Among the companies with the highest credit rating from BB to AA.
