HYGEIA Postgraduate Internship Program Ceremony

A ceremony marking the end of the latest HYGEIA Postgraduate Internship Program for the internal medicine and surgery clinics was held at HYGEIA Hospital on Monday May 30.

Attendance certificates were conferred to 14 postgraduate physicians during the special event. Welcoming speeches were delivered by Mr Andreas Kartapanis, CEO; Mr Georgios Zacharopoulos, Chairman of the HYGEIA Scientific Council; Mr Savvas Papadopoulos, Medical Service Director; Mr Vasilis Prasopoulos, Chairman of the Scientific Union of HYGEIA Doctors; and Mr Kosmas Iliadis, Educational Committee Chairman.

During the event, Mr Kosmidis gave an interesting speech on “Individualized Treatment in lung Cancer”.

As part of the ceremony, the 2016 Excellency Award was awarded to the HYGEIA Hospital Outpatient Clinic Internists.
