The 10th Hellenic Conference on Laparoscopic Surgery was held at Megaron Athens International Conference Center on May 26-28, 2011.
Continuing on a 20-year tradition, the 10th Hellenic Conference focused on the latest views and developments in the scientific field of Minimally Invasive Surgery. Following the initial outburst and rapid growth of minimally invasive techniques, it is necessary to set limits and record all documented evidence, as well as raise expectations and encourage scientific advancement in the near future.
The scientific schedule included lectures, state-of-the-art proposals, round-table discussions, clinical workshops, and discussions on current and general interest issues. The ultimate goal was to showcase the fact that the 10th Hellenic Conference constituted fertile ground for extending scientific knowledge and exchanging scientific views.
