Career Day organized by the Hellenic Healthcare Group for the children of its employees

Hellenic Healthcare Group, operating with a high sense of responsibility, always stands by its employees and supports the young generation, through actions and initiatives that promote their educational and professional path, as well as their social life. This time, it joined forces with Orientum – Career Consultants, and together they organized the “Career Day” event for the students in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd senior high school years (Greek Lykeion), children of the Group’s employees.

Specifically, the event took place on Sunday, March 10 at the Vmax Sphera hall of the Village Cinema, at The Mall Athens, where students, together with their parents, as well as members of the Group attended.

The speaker of the event, Mr. Apostolis Tzianakis, Orientum’s Career Advisor, impressed the audience with his presentation on “Professions of 2030”, during which he analyzed topics such as the attitudes of people who succeed, goal-setting, the educational system and universities in our country, how a student can improve within his/her school, the necessary social skills that are now required in the labor market, as well as the leading professions of the future.

After the presentation, he took questions from the young students, with the aim of providing them with important information needed to assess, understand and effectively manage the different stages in their careers, both academically and professionally, and to help them choose the studies that correspond to their individual characteristics, qualifications and interests.

This initiative demonstrates in practice that the Group invests consistently in its people, with constant care for both them and their families. In this context, it wants to offer them a safe working environment full of opportunities, which promotes training and focuses on the development and growth of both their technical and social skills.
