LETO: Certified to ISO 9001:2015 and EN 15224:2016 for all its healthcare services

Following a thorough assessment, LETO was certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems and EN 15224:2016 Quality management systems for healthcare standards by accreditation body TUV Austria Hellas for all the healthcare services provided by the hospital.

This certification confirms the hospital’s compliance with the requirements of the legislation in force, its effective management of patient safety risks, the quality control processes in place to prevent errors and adverse events, its clinical efficiency assessment, the adequacy of its staff and its ongoing improvement in terms of clinical performance.
