HYGEIA Group at the 1st Greek Tourism Workshop in India

The 1st Greek Tourism Workshop 2018 was successfully concluded in India, with HYGEIA Group participating in the event. The main aim of the workshop was to boost patient inflow, especially from the Indian tourism market. India is one of the largest economies globally, with continuously rising demand for Greek tourism services.

In the context of expanding its medical tourism services to new markets, HYGEIA Group attended the event, organized by the experienced Mid East travel agency, in partnership with communications group Med-Professionals. It was an opportunity for HYGEIA to update the local medical bodies and travel agents on its modern medical services, its latest technology equipment, and the quality and safety offered by the HYGEIA Group hospitals in Greece.

In the last few years, HYGEIA Group has been quite active in the area of medical tourism, attracting patients from all over the world. Recently HYGEIA received the Best International Hospital Award for Greece. Moreover, it is the first hospital in the country that has been accredited by JCI (Joint Commission International) since 2010 for its quality medical services, which are comparable to the best hospitals abroad.
