2nd Internal Medicine Department

The 2nd Department of Internal Medicine deals with diseases within the spectrum of Internal Medicine and cares for impatients as well as for outpatients.

The 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic offers top medical services to inpatients and outpatients, based on its experience and the constant training of its human resources. Its fields of interest include research programs, clinical studies, and training for new physicians and nurses.

In addition, the Director of this Department, Dr K. Georgilis is also an Infectious Diseases specialist. Therefore, our service has a special interest in illnesses caused by bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi, as well as with the management of patients with fever.
