Central Labs Certified to ISO

The LETO Hospital Central Labs have received the ISO 9001:2008 quality management certification by TÜV Austria Hellas.

The certificate was issued after the successful detailed inspection of the operating procedures followed in the Central Labs.

A certified Quality System ensures that test results are issued fast and accurately, and that staff are marked by professionalism and scientific competence. Furthermore, it ensures continuous development of know-how and readiness in adopting new methods and techniques, through constant upgrade of technical infrastructure. Finally, the level of services offered to patients and associate physicians is continuously upgraded, as it focuses on their needs and expectations.

Commenting on this new certification, LETO Hospital CEO Mr Leonidas Papadopoulos noted, “This certification has confirmed the smooth operation of the Central Labs, which have always boasted top-level services, at the cutting-edge of medical technology, as well as qualified and experienced staff.
